I’m married to Aidan and we have 4 fantastic kids. Jamie is 15 and our only boy, he is totally outnumbered by his 3 sisters; Aoife, 13, Kayleigh 11 and Caroline, 5. We have a dog called Shaggy (named by Yvonne’s son Luke!) and who we inherited from Yvonne…long story!…but we all love him and he’s considered another member of our family.

My favourite things are cooking and baking with the kids, spending quality time with family & friends, enjoying some beautiful Italian food with a really good bottle of red wine (or 2!!).

I try to practice positive thinking on a daily basis and I totally believe that “whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right”.
